		<description>Wow, that would really suck! We (the Milwaukees) have toured Europe a couple of times and one of the reason touring over there is better than over here is because allof the shows are put on by independent promoters.

Having a promoter who has to have people in the house in order to avoid losing money means a greater chance of a good show for bands and fans. I wish there were more independent promoters in the US.

Of course, this is not a concern for politicians or insurance companies, or whoever is at the root of this. 

Anyway, fight hard Chicago!</description>

I used to book a club and can attest to the fact that there is a lot of music out there that can get lost in the cracks when it lacks a champion beyond the band.
