Bruce Springsteen Performing at Columbus Ohio Obama Rally Sunday

Ah, seems like just yesterday I was seeing Bruce performing at a Kerry rally at the same location…… no wait that was four years ago.

Bruce Springsteen will perform an acoustic set on the Main Oval on the Ohio State University campus as part of an Obama rally to support Ohio’s “early voting” period … Gates for the Springsteen program will open at 3 p.m. and the event is scheduled for 4:30 p.m … Free “preferred tickets” will be distributed at Obama campaign offices in Columbus and statewide at 10 a.m to 8:00 p.m. Thursday through the weekend.     From what I heard over the phone today from
    someone who heard the live Springstein concert in Philly,
    if you are a fan, you won’t want to miss it. If you’re not a fan,
    I guess you won’t be going and won’t have to hear about his
    belief in our nation.

    Bruce is a man of conviction…..it wasn’t until 4 years ago when John Kerry was running for president that he actually took at stand in politics. For anyone that is a Bruce fan, you knew he was a democrat, but for him to actually side with one party or another, not something he has done publicly until 4 years ago…and he has done it again, 4 years later in supporting Obama…..Go Bruce and Go Obama!!
