okay... there "technically" wasn't a tornado... but some awesome thunder and lightning... and buckets of rain

tonight, driving home from carabar, i saw the most incredible lightening ever. giant bolts that turned the air blue all around it.
i did have to park about a block away from my place though-happy to be just wet...running through a storm is scary!

I shot some storm porn, I'm going to go through it tonight to see if I caught anything good.

I was watching Chris bradley, and he's like, "look at that pink area--hail/tornado/etc..." and they zoom the radar in and it's directly over my house.


But there was no hail or tornado. I feel ripped off.

yeah that was some crazy lighting last night, I went to take a wizz and have a few windows in the bathroom and I didn't feel safe at all. Felt like the house was surrounded by cops with tazzzzers peekin in my windows.

Driving from downtown to Clintonville last night at 11:55 p.m. was like what I imagine living in Baghdad during Shock N Awe was like.

I was bailing water out of the Treebar so the rock could happen this weekend. Talk about being under siege.

some really crazy photos of the lightning over downtown...

Oh yeah, the night of that storm, around 12 i think...not sure. Anyway, I was looking out of my windown and I saw this guy was sprinting down king avenue right in the middle of the storm, and this bolt hit like 15 feet in front of him. He looked like he literally had a heart attack, cos he hit the deck onto some front yard and then laid there with his hand over his chest for about 20 seconds. He got up and ran off down an alley so I think he was ok. But....shit.
