My goal is to wrangle some mushrooms and head down with my attorney tonight, and drink heavily with the locals at the Elks Club

it's the only proper way to go in to this thing.

the traffic i witnessed on 23 the last two days makes me fairly certain that i will never see this pumpkin fest

We got there at 11 a.m. today, no traffic at all until we hit the exit, and then it was only another 10 minutes to park.
Ya gotta get there early!

Yeah, we left Columbus around 12:15 on Saturday afternoon and hit no traffic at all. Easily found free street parking a few blocks from the festival. Heading home around 4pm was equally fast, and while 23 was a bit busier, it was nothing compared to everyone trying to head into Circleville for the evening. Madness. I guess people really want to go for the parades and such.

So yeah, go early for the Pumpkin Burgers, Pumpkin PIzza, Pumpkin Donuts, Pumpkin Milkshakes, Fried Pumpkin Blossoms, and Pumpkin Pie.
