How much should a restaurant manager of a large company expect to bonus in a year? I recently got a job as a manager for a Restaurant. I don't want to say which one but it's for a company almost as big as Darden or Brinker. I'm just wondering if there are any restaurant managers who can tell me what they bonus'd last year so I can have a ROUGH idea of what to expect.

On the bonus side, I would wager that your bonus = whatever you can stuff in your pockets nightly from here until forever? So a cool million is easy.
