I guess this falls under the 'whatever' category. If anyone knows of someone or themselves is, in fact, someone please PM me. I thought this would be a better/less random way to find a roommate than Craigslist(Duffslist???). Nick grew up and bought a condo and had to close sooner than he thought, so if you know of someone looking to move ASAP lemme know.


PLUSSES: Victorian Village locale, cheap rent, month-to-month, large bedrooms, washer/dryer, full-on studio/band equipment, low utilities, laidback roommates(3 male, one female).

MINUSES: Noise pollution, full-on studio/band equipment, people on random schedules, not real 'homey' per se due to influx of people, I sometimes try to drop occasional latin to sound smart.

Looking forward to hosting roommate tryouts soon..might want to buy a sweatsuit. Thanks!
