To all of you that talked up Cuco's... bah. We went last night and it was just okay. The guac and salsa were the best part of dinner. My burrito was average.

New Mexican chow is the best food I've ever had. Is there any place around that serves it? Or is Chile Verde the only option?

I will definitely try Cuco's. Either to check it off the list or to add it to the list.

That was the first time I have ever used the word "chow" except to describe a breed of dog. It feels weird. I now feel like I should have a "hankerin' ".
