this is from memory so might be a bit off. The machines are utter crap (IMO), South Park, Sopranos, High Roller Casino and NASCAR. I want to say entry is $4 per game or 3 for $10. Each machine will have points for what place your score is ie. 1st place worth 100 points, 2nd place 90 3rd 85, 4th 84 5th 83 etc. (not sure of exact values). Top 16 with highest scores (from the 4 games combined) at end of qualifying make finals. Therefore if you get 1st place on 1 game and think 100 points is good enough to get you into finals you can stop there. Or you can play all 4 games and maybe get 50 points per game to have 200 points.
It sounds confusing but it's probably not as bad as it sounds once you see the scoreboard.
I would like to see a good turnout because I think any publicity pinball can get is good but I will say that entry fees seem a bit high to me and I know at least a couple of the best players in the world will be there so take that into account if you want to enter. I love pinball (going to a tournament in pittsburgh tomorrow) but I'll probably only drop $10-20 on the gameworks one because I don't enjoy throwing money away against people who are light years better than I am.
guess it would have been easier if I just looked up the link....all info can be found here.
