Post subject:  Documentary Subject Suggestions?

I'm searching for an interesting person or place in Columbus that has a unique story to make a short documentary about.

Anyone have any suggestions?

There is literally no person in this town more deserving of his own documentary than Don Bovee.

Do you know how to get in touch with him?

Wherever bands congregate in the night... Don B will be there.
Wherever they serve shots of warm peach schnapps... Don B will be there.
Whenever the batsignal flashes in the sky... Don B will be there.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Back when I worked at Larry's I used to drive him home some nights. But I think he moved. I have no idea how to find him. usually, he's just around. The last time I saw him, it was a random night at Bourbon St.

Marshall Barnes- he plays guitar with tunings from other dimensions, he has a time machine and his weather control machine forced Katrina off track.

I second this. And it sorta covers that whole 80s-90s thing you wanted to do while sufficiently limiting the scope.
