Matt's point, which is obscured by the expletives, is bolstered by the fact that we're talking on a MESSAGE BOARD about things said on another MESSAGE BOARD about things said on A BLOG. Why aren't we writing songs instead?

Matt writes a lot of SONGS
Many of them are GOOD SONGS, not as examples of "shitgaze," but as what you get when you add potent lyrics to solid chord changes with an interesting arrangement and a heartfelt delivery.

He only spanks you because he cares. And that approach really does work better with a music scene than with children.
