Frankenixon--an amazing prog-pop band out of Iowa--will be playing an EARLY SHOW at Bernie's on Monday, May 10 along with The Stapler & The Proper Nouns.

A friend of mine whose musical taste I think very highly of gave Frankenixon's live act a glowing recommendation a few months back. Moody, jazz and rock-tinged, piano-driven pop with bittersweet female vocals. This is actually going to get me out to Bernie's on a Monday night.
