in the house if you don't mind a bit of a drive (to Orrville) on Sat, March 19. Monte Montgomery will be playing at the Wayne College/UAkron campus there. He is simply not to be believed, and it's a shame/sham the Texan hasn't (to my knowledge) ever been booked in Columbus. He has played down at Canal St. in Dayton at least a couple times. He's been the toast of Austin for a number of years. He's acoustic though, only in the sense that THAT is the kind of guitar he wields. The music is all over the map, and your jaw will be on the floor.
