Infinite Number of Sounds: An electro-rock/media-art performance group from Cleveland, OH. Experimenting with musical forms from breakbeat to barbershop, INS throws down elaborate multimedia-style live performances, mixing drums, bass, guitar, and synth with projected digital video imagery edited live to the beat.
Scotty Boombox: a musician, composer, and performing artist from Columbus OH, currently studying Art & Technology at Ohio State University's Graduate School of Fine Arts. Focusing on oddly melodic electronic music and beat-focused trip-hop, Scotty Boombox's sound houses real instrumentation, vintage samples, modern beats, and plenty of goodness. His one-man show consisting of music, light and color has been described as "guitar driven hip-hop that'll melt even the most hardened indie-rocker's heart."
Ocean Ghosts: They are a transient, bus station style kind of group featuring a front man who is something like a hybrid of Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Chuck D, and William Wonka. Two sitting men flank this anomaly, churning thick hip-hop-esque electronic beats and melodies. Masks, disco, funk, well-grooved bass, dark trance, flighty covers of local gun show advertisements, savvy politico lyrics, desperate sexual incantations, sweet poetry and savage noise all work for the same job in Ocean Ghosts.
Electric Grandmother: described as being "lo-fi sitcom-core". EG is a one-man musical comedy act featuring Pete Faust on a microphone singing pop-inspired ditties revolving mostly around '80s TV sitcoms and his own style of cultural commentary.
