PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

Come on people. you're sposed to be artists, not comedians.
you're sposed to care about bad stuff that happens in your community.
you're sposed to incorporate your beliefs into your art and actions.

This green space is GOING to become a parking lot for the carpetpissing college crowd most of you don't like. AND, property values will continue to decline in this area. Who here doesn't know someone who owns a house in this area?

Well, thanks for caring (about making more money for the owners of Ledo's, Miani's, Ravari, and their employees.)

The University Area Commission Code & Environment Commitee has scheduled a meeting with area residents and stakeholders to discuss the proposed rezoning from AR-2 (Apartment Residential) to L-P-2 (Public Parking) for the area located at 45 W. Dodridge. A representative for the applicant will be available to answer questions regarding the proposed rezoning and usage. Please bring any questions or concerns you might have for the applicant.

Oh waitaminute, they just want to rezone that green spot behind ravari into a parking lot? About fucking time. I think it would help the congestion and leave more parking for nearby residents in places where the crowds from north campus bars usually have to park.
