when i listened to the record and watched the video i was pretty damn floored, and they are definately pretty awesome songwise and all. but before you all get your panties in a bunch, there's something you should know about them: they can't replicate the speed OR the proficiency live-at least thats what every live video i downloaded and looked up (in the realm of 20 or so, half being pretty high quality) has demonstrated. i'm no heavy metal aficionado like so many of my freinds in c-bus( i miss you guys)... but the speed just isn't real, its studio speed. name your metal band, even in their old age(read:maiden, motorhead, etc...), they're still faster and more proficient.
seriously, i hate to be a dorky party pooper- but it really kind of annoyed me that dragonforce gets marketed for being metal as fuck and makes a video showing off their "prowess" and then can't really do it.
i still love that fucking single.
