if only in the idea
that if you are going to do it do it
get up get "fame" do what you you do for your reasons
understand that not everyone thinks of it as art
maybe in some aspects it isn't art
it simply is what it is

and thats ok
in so much as
also understanding that some of the people who don't understand or care to understand the practice of writing
will not hesitate to throw a fist or a brick or a cop your way if they catch you
it's perfectly reasonible

I personally would be salty if someone bombed my shit
but then I might also be in a better position of actually knowing who hit my shit up and go see them personally
looking for the big payback

but this is just me looking in from the outside just because I like hip-hip and own style wars doesn't mean I am in any position to explain a graff writers motive

I mean as someone who also does drawings and stuff
I also prefer big production pieces and murals to tag and etchings

but thats just me

as for tj looking a explanation as to who is gonna pay him back for damages and why it's cool that he's been vandalized

I don't have an answer past what wes said

maybe if you're not a graff writer it's not supposed to be cool?
and if you do catch them maybe they do get what they get?

I don't really have any answers I just wanted to add that sometimes for better or worse
people don't need permission or understanding to do what they do and maybe that part of the reason they do what they do..I dunno..blah
