rob, i think we have the same mailman.
he sucks.
it's a problem you'll have anywhere you go in columbus, but the years i've spent on arcadia seem to be worse than usual. especially with this new(ish) guy.
a p.o. box will make you get mail sent to you, but i don't think it will prevent you from getting other people's mail.
i'd put a little note on your mailbox that says what names get mail for your address only.
you should have a p.o. box beyond those reasons, though, guessing that you get a lot of important stuff daily and you live pretty close to the post office.

I've had the same situation in a few places, including when I lived on Calumet near Arcadia. The service was so bad I sent a letter to myself just as an experiment...and it never made it.

Apparently, the Post Ofc. draws from the same applicant pool as the BMV.
