Even though he hit a nice shot it OT and is going to be a star in a year or two, if we'd lost that game, it would have been Cook's fault. Why does Matta still play him? Does any player in the country make more rookie mistakes or misunderstand his role on the team as much as Cook? He's fine as a sub to give our guys a breather, but his max playing time per game should be four to five minutes.
