my xmas present to myself is gonna be a commissioned portrait of patti smith from the cat who did these:

i've dug rob's shit for a long while now, he had a bunch of work at a tattoo convention that my store had a booth at, and i just never knew what to get: stiv? iggy? hank sr? dee dee? and then i saw that new b&w nick cave and it just hit me how nice a patti would look in his style. i can't fucking wait to see how this comes out . . .
