i haven't been there since the $5 off your $5 purchase coupons from the lantern expired. we went out and collected hundreds and hundreds of copies of that lantern issue.

come to think of it that might have been one of the reasons they went under, i probably used at least 50 of those, and at least 15 other people i know did the same thing.

Does no one really see the North Market as a viable upscale/organic/local grocery option for the Short North/Downtown area?

A new produce vendor called "The Greener Grocer" just opened up a few weeks ago there with a focus on local products from local farms. Which may not amount to much during the winter months, but still... it's an option.
