You're going to scoff at me, but the Upper Arlington parks and recreation dept. offers a load of classes, including some language and cooking ones. Seriously. I've taken a couple of cooking classes (and a couple of others), and while they're a little hit-or-miss and always full of disapproving old UA ladies, they're also quite cheap and sometimes very cool. Learned to make sushi there.
