I'd highly recommend reading the actual study, as it's not only incredibly vague...but uses some truly bizarre number gathering.

have not read the study yet, but the rankings seem based more on numbers per capita than on quality.

Columbus is the 15th biggest city in the United States and has the 32nd largest metropolitan area. Seems like we should be right around 10 to 16 right?

I'm starting to believe that the Columbus Partnership played with the numbers on this report just to place Columbus in dead last. It's a bit of bad press initially, but it may cause a lot of people to rise up and work just a little bit harder to make Columbus a better place. Or at least I hope it does.
