this week a few programs i had season pass do not have the new shows scheduled, even though they are listed as new in the programming guide.

I don't have a link handy, but FWIW, L.A. and at least one other city are suing TW for "poor service".

I've had my first exposure to this over the last week, so I'm starting to appreciate some of the comments. DVR and shit aside, what about the basics- Is it slow as hell for everyone else too? it takes like an hour to change channels. wtf?
