also, this thread reminds me that we're only 17 days away from this year's PAPA pinball tournament in pittsburgh.

yeah we saw it open saturday night.... or was it friday night? anyway, i think it was the location where the F COMFEST show was...... and i dont think it's regular hours.

It's somebodies apartment and he sometimes has parties. Not open to public unless he's having a show and still then it is just a house party, it just happens to be in an old business location.

someone needs to open a pinball themed bar, call it pinbar or bumpers or something. Stock it will lots of pinball machines. Someone else please do the things I dream of.

he sometimes throws parties and usually has about ten old school arcade games in there. it's been slightly different everytime.
it's actually his aprtment, and he sometimnes throws shows, so occasionally it's open to the public--per se--but for the most part it feeds his personal addiction.

i meant to ask him why last time there was no simpsons....i played the hell out of it at the f comfest party...too bad.

oh, and some asshole stole one from in front of his house, which was outside to make room for the party. he passed out before he moved it back in. whoever took it, you better watch your ass....SRSLY!

If anybody sees a pole position sitdown cabinet with a bunch of stickers that have the number of a vending op from Peru, Indiana, its mine. Somebody stole it from the front of my house this morning. I am not horribly pissed off, they kind of did me a favor by getting it out of my sight, but its the principle of the thing, and I did put a sign on it that said that it was for sale, so its obvious that they knew I wasn't just throwing it away.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for the Pole Position…but if someone's motivated enough to steal something that big, I bet they had a place lined up for it & you'll never see it again. I mean, imagine trying to pawn something like that?
