It was actually while he was dressed as a homeless man. Someone had punched out his real teeth and he traded his crack for some ill fitting fakes.

If memory serves, The Other Paper got a frame-by-frame shot of it happening, and it ran on the cover. It almost made me feel sorry for the guy.
