So one of the concerns with the transition IIRC, is lack of robustness and backup in the system.

At the moment, it seems both 4's + 10's OTR DTV signal are dead.

Unfortunately the only time i need/want to watch this ridiculousness is when there's some shit like say, A TORNADO WARNING.
