shifts are:
noon-4 - set up
3:30-7 - beer ticket sales/parking attendants/floaters
6:30-9:30 - beer ticket sales/parking attendants/fashion & costume show assistants/stage monitors/floaters
9:30-12:30 - beer ticket sales/parking attendants/fashion & costume show assistants/stage monitors/floaters
12:30-3:30 - tear down
