Aaron, you're like the Steve Vai of emo rock. Amazing. I definitely catch a "Members of Miranda Sound and Kopaz form a supergroup" vibe.

Dug Meadower - bass playing reminded me a lot of The Dismemberment Plan.

SPD GVNR sounds like they borrowed all my favorite CDs from 1994, threw them in a blender, and made a GEETAR-RAWK SMOOTHIE. The trio rocked my face off in the little back room at the Treehouse.

I'm ashamed to say I never got into Miranda Sound when they were around, and only caught Kopaz' last show at Rumba recently. They were sweet, though.
