Does anybody know when/where tickets go on sale?

promowest hasn't even announced it yet. as usual, they'll hype it up and give all details either this weekend or next. tix probably will be $20-$25 at least. you know CD 101 will be all over it. they think they broke interpol here in cbus. what the fuck ever. they were super-big before they even played here last time in Jan 03. this saturday show will be way-way packed...ie. green day and tool newport dates before they went to bigger venues. so far, its the only OHIO date on this tour.

Wasn't the Factory responsible for the first Interpol show?

Yes...bfresh you are correct. The Factory brought Interpol to Columbus. I really feel bad for the people who were turned away at the door that cold and snowy night b/c it was so crowded. The Factory owners over-estimated the response of the fans. There were fans I talked to who drove from as far as Nashville and Washington D.C. for that show and couldn't get in. It was a crazy night but a fantastic one all the same.

By the way...girl e. The interpol site http://www.interpolnyc.com says tix will go onsale for the shows on Sat. 9/11...but there is a internet pre-sale starting on Sept. 8th. Check it out.

Are there any other industry rock bands obsessed with production, sales and image with a label rep. in their band and really shitty lyrics that I should know about?
