It's time once again for the annual Midwest Garage Fest showcase! Garagepunk bands from all over the Great Lakes region (and beyond) are shaking some action in Columbus (OH) this October! Two days, two venues, ELEVEN bands!

Both shows are 18+ with valid ID (caveat: You under-agers will be paying a $2 surcharge at the door. And it will be worth it!)

The subtitle for this year's show (the Girl from G.A.R.A.G.E.) was almost "What's with all these fucking 'The' bands anyway?" but there wasn't enough room left on the poster. Pretty catchy, though.
Maybe next year we'll look into some garage-rock bands with one word names or maybe a "les" something-or-other.*

I'm not so much worried about the "THE" thing, but am I the only one concerned that 6 of the 11 bands are trios? Friday night alone has 4 of 'em.
