On Sunday the song "Offguard" was at #3 on the SoundClick.com Instrumental Rock Chart.

I was going to check that out, until I had to "register" to download the MP3. Putting obstacles in the way of people checking out yr. music probably isn't a good idea...

Hey Jawbreaker,

You don't have to register to listen to the streamed versions. If you want to download the MP3s you do have to register, but it takes like two minutes and as far as I know you won't get whacks of spam e-mail (These guys are making money from on-site affiliate advertising and service fees for things like e-commerce etc., e-mails spam isn't thier style). I spent quite a while trying to find free hosting for my tunes that wouldn't skimp on the number of songs you can host, and set bandwidth restrictions etc.

My song 'Ejector Seat' was just used in an AJ Velez cartoon called "The Sketch Boys in El Spam Bandito" you can watch it . It's hilarious!

I'm not currently giging. With that band I was giging in the late 90's, but I don't have time for any right now. The other players were Bill Kerrigan (drums) and Rob Hamelin (some guitar). We had a bass player named Doug Hume for a while but he left the band before were recorded the CD, so I played all the bass parts. Although I don't have time for gigging, I will be doing some new stuff soon. I'm currently revising an orchestral work I composed when I was at university, and there's a possible Internet colaboration coming soon - more details when things are more settled.
