YouTube Preview Image

Jenniger Tzar made an unofficial video for Everlasting Light by the Black Keys, whose album Brothers ranked pretty high on Rolling Stones top album’s of the year list.

The band signed off on the video, and now she is ebaying all the props from the video.

From the Black Keys Fan Lounge:

The Black Keys Fan Lounge recently featured an interview with film maker and photographer, Jennifer Tzar, who directed the brilliant video for The Black Keys’ song Everlasting Light.

The video has now been posted and therefore endorsed by The Black Keys to their various Facebook and websites. 28,000+ views of the video later and the call from fans asking to buy the props has clearly been heard.

Jennifer has put the props up fo sale on Ebay here: http://shop.ebay.com/jennifertzar/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686

All the props were either handmade or sourced specially for the video. The bidding is bound to be fast and furious. The sale will only go for a week for all items to be sold before Christmas. May the most worthy fan win, or, in reality, the one with the most cash to spare.

The Black Keys Featured in Rolling Stone Magazine

So the Cav’s might have let us down Ohio…But  The Black Keys are about to put Ohio on their back. First up.. the May 27 issue of Rolling Stone Magazine(Keith Richard cover).

Turn to page 48 and oops… a feature about the Akron duo. Let’s file this on some shit you don’t talk-about until it’s time type article. The article dives into Pat’s divorce, and how the turmoil strengthened Dan and Pat’s relationship. The article quotes donewaiting/bsa brother Michael Carney on the matter.

But this isn’t a sad story. It’s a 11:55 right before the band gears up to see how far they can take this Rock N Roll shit. And they got they mind right. Back in my day the kids woulda called it either bossed up or swag surfin.
Love the article. It conveys Pat’s sense of humor and mindset pretty well. And it has them clowning boring ass Band of Horses.

Issue on stands now. New Album drops Tuesday which same issue gives a glowing review,
Dream all you like but you best not sleep.
