From the time Lollapalooza 2003 was first announced, we’ve had some fruitful “discussions” about ticket prices and the acts that were playing (and that we thought should have played). Tour stops in 3 cities that are part of the Donewaiting family (Indianapolis, Chicago, Columbus) have now concluded and, as fate would have it, in two of those cities bands that are members of the Donewaiting family (Loretta – Indianapolis; Miranda Sound – Columbus) got the opportunity to rock the second stage.
Danica of Indy Ink has given her wrap up of the Indianapolis show — “Lollapalooza was a long day of over-priced goods, big name fluff bands, sunburned flesh, a tsunami, and a short-changed set by Jane?s Addiction.” Now it’s your turn. Have you been to one of the tour dates? What did YOU think? Did YOUR band have a chance to play on the second stage? Did you get to meet Jane’s Addiction? Tell us all about it.
