F&%k Cancer!

Jackie Farry’s name may not mean anything to you but in the mid-90s you couldn’t look at a CD booklet by a “cool” band and NOT see her name in the “Thank You” list. During that time, Jackie was a tour manager for bands like Hole and Stereolab, she hosted her own short-lived MTV show Superock, and was Frances Bean’s nanny.

Jackie was recently diagnosed with Mutiple Myeloma, a rare form of cancer. “I have been too sick to work and I’m faced with some nasty financial problems,” Jackie says on her website. “In an effort to creatively raise some money, The Amazing Raffle was born. A portion of the proceeds will benefit other young people with cancer.”

For your $12 donation, you have the opportunity to win a bunch of really cool prizes ranging from concert tickets to shows like Bonaroo and Coachella to guitars to magazine subscriptions to meetings with casting directors, entertainment lawyers, etc.
