Share some info, DJ Riko, please:
I have a track on a new vinyl release out of Germany. A guy there has released a series of white-label collections of bastard pop/mashups/bootleg remixes, and my big beat remix of Ted Nugent’s “Free For All” is included on the “Bastard Breaks” compilation. You can hear samples of all the tracks here.
People also can buy the records through that site, but they end up costing over $20 apiece because of overseas shipping rates and the weak dollar. I have a small number of copies that people can buy for $10, either by sending me a PM or coming to the Ravari Room “Smell the Vinyl” night Nov. 23 in Columbus Ohio.
BONUS HOLIDAY MIX: You need to download Riko’s 2003 Merry Mixmas compilation, featuring Frank Sinatra, Low, the Ramones, Belle and Sebastian, the Jackson 5 and so many more musicians all mixed together for one extended 47 minute jam. I love it.
