Volunteer

I couldn’t imagine being at the festival and just volunteering, but if you only have a passing interest in the festival, this could be fun.

Jobs range from festival production to registration, tech support and more. And you get plenty of free passes for your time and services.

If you’re interested, they have a volunteer call set up on Sunday, Jan. 25, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel at 500 East Fourth Street.

    I volunteered last year and had no problems seeing the bands…I had a badge so I did not have to wait in line at all…and it was free…I just worked all my hours during the film and interactive festivals

    Thanks for sharing about your positive volunteering experience.
    Has anyone had success applying to volunteer via email? I sent a request in today, but can’t really attend this meeting…I live in SF and it’s a bit far to drive for a meeting ;-)
