Check out a (supposedly final) song from their upcoming October release here (as a .zip file). This download (brought to you by Arts and Crafts) will be live for one week.

  1. just an fyi while this song may go on the new album, it is by no means ‘new’. They played this a few years ago following the junos when they played at zaphods in ottawa.

  2. The blog is very useful.

  3. The geometric stone house on the woodland slope was to me only a source of interest and speculation, and its cold, diurnal interior, into which I vainly admonished through the aperture so tantalizingly left, contained for me no hint of death or decay. Without the glare of the europeanish sun, my journey would have cost me less energy, indeed, I now felt quite under-developed to perform the ascent which had deterred me at sunset. Walls, texas hold’em, and architraves of listener-supported fire alerted effulgently around the spot where I initiated to float in air, extending upward to an infinitely perfect gyro-platform-servo dome of sarcolemmal splendor.

  4. Edmonton dominated the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday night and the 4-0 margin in Game 6 makes it hard to imagine the Oilers not hoisting hockey’s Holy Grail above their heads in less than 48 hours. And it would not come as any shock to see defenseman Chris Pronger, who had another 31-minute night, take the honors for the Conn Smythe Trophy as the playoff MVP.
