MP3s: Matt Pond PA in Boston

Matt Pond PA played the second night of their in-progress six-week North American tour here in Boston last Wednesday under far-from-ideal circumstances. As fans and most music blog readers have likely heard by now, they had nearly all of their equipment stolen after completing a stellar kick-off show at Manhattan’s Bowery Ballroom. The fact that they not only showed up in Boston the very next day, but played an excellent set to a packed Paradise, says an awful lot about ’em. Lesser bands would have taken at least a day or two to recover. (to the mp3s!)
