The Prairie Cartel is a DJ collective from Chicago featuring Blake Smith (Fig Dish, Caviar) and Mike Willison (Fig Dish, Caviar) and Scott Lucas (Local H). They list a SXSW show on their MySpace account though details are still forthcoming.
