Stream “Idlewild,” New Album by Outkast

Remember when people were insane over “Hey Ya!”? Seems like a world away..

Anyway, you can stream the whole album over here or order it on the cheap at Amazon.com.

Village Voice Says: “As for Andre’s parts, they’re worse than I could’ve ever imagined. He’s really gone off the deep end, ditching anything resembling coherence.”

New York Time Says: “Although André 3000 and Big Boi can multitask brilliantly within their songs, on “Idlewild” it sounds like making the movie distracted OutKast from making the album.”

Pitchfork Says: “People who hate on Outkast haters get a lot of mileage out of the fallacy that people dislike the idea of two men attempting to poke day-glo exclamation points through the restrictive language of 21st century rap. Mostly I’m hating on the unfortunate degeneration of one of my favorite acts of all time. Even having to write a semi-negative Outkast review is sad for me. Frankly, I’d rather remove chunks of my forearms with a melon baller.”
