The Ellum: Onstage venue in Dallas, TX is holding a massive festival March 10-13, the days leading up to SXSW.
Now, there’s no garuntee that the bands playing this festival are going to be at SXSW, but I have a sneaking suspicion that a lot of these bands aren’t just going to be making Dallas their only Texas stop during that week.

according to Rahim’s myspace, there will be a frenchkiss records showcase with LES SAVY FAV, rahim, the fatal flying guilloteens, the big sleep, thunderbirds are now, and call me lightning
