According to Pelican’s Myspace page, they’re playing a Vice party during SXSW this year.

Vice SXSW Party – Invite Only – w/ The Melvins, Pelican, Boris, Panthers
That’s a bigger venue than they normally have booked for their day shows, and they typically have booked more than one day, so we’ll have to see what else pops up.
