Skip Screen is a Firefox extension that automatically bypasses all those waiting screens on Rapidshare, etc, so you don’t have to. I’ve been using it for a few weeks with pretty good success. The dev team seems totally committed so I expect they’ll keep the plugin updated while these sites try to combat it.
