Merge Records are celebrating their 15 year anniversary with a huge concert weekend and a 3 CD compilation:
JULY 13 sees the release of OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, a Merge Records 15-Year Anniversary Compilation, and it’s a whopper: 3 (count’em THREE) CD’s, with the first two discs compiling classics from the first 15 years and the third disc containing rare and previously unreleased tracks (many recorded specifically for this comp) from your favorite Merge artists, including SUPERCHUNK, SPOON, CROOKED FINGERS, CAMERA OBSCURA, M. WARD and many more!
They’ll also be doing a 4 night festival in Chapel Hill starting 07/29. Info for that is still coming.
