When I lived in San Francisco Bottom of the Hill was my favorite venue.
On Monday night there was a fire in the apartment next door and above the Bottom Of The Hill. While the club only suffered minimal water damage, it will have to remain closed for the next few days while inspectors investigate the situation and assess damage. At this point we expect to be able to be open again on Friday May 2nd. We will post more information as it becomes available to us. (link)
