Scott Johnson posted a great video of yesterday’s performance of Bill Callahan performing “Rococo Zephyr” at Used Kids:
The show was great. The show was packed so I couldn’t see anything, but the sound was perfect. At one point I saw someone from the Columbus Fire Department there and I thought they were going to shut it down due to being over capacity. Turns out he just had some records to sell.
This clip was also posted on Pitchfork. Go Columbus!

Great show, but yeah, no worries, there was nothing “to see”, just Bill & his guitar. So, we sat on the floor in the back with my family… just chilled. Walked out with an EP & 2 records (love that place, 10% off on Mondays!).
Hope to see more artists doing little pop-ins like this.
