Daryl Hall (what, no Oates?) to speak/perform at SXSW

Interesting choice of speakers though not completely out-of-line with what SXSW has done the past few years that we’ve been attending. Daryl Hall is currently touring with his longtime partner in AM soul-rock, John Oates, performing Christmas classics reinvented by the Philly duo. He’s also hard at work on his 5th solo album due out in 2008. SXSW has confirmed that Hall will be a featured speaker and will also perform during the music festival.
