This went out yesterday, a new video from Columbus band The Mooncussers, fronted by ex-Lilybandit Todd May. It’s off the band’s EP, Demo, available here for free. MOKB liked it. Reaction among Donewaiting staffers has been, well, mixed:

Gave up on the video about a minute in because of the quality. I like the song alright though.

I can’t help myself. I’m the bass player in Mooncussers. I love this forum and the responses. I especially love Donewaiting for actually posting the video and providing candid, honest remarks. F-ing awesome, and helpful. I just have to interject some Spinal Tap (ST) quotes to the Donewaiting (DW) comments. All in good fun, of course:

the question is…if God created the earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th, what day did he create the mooncussers and couldn’t he have rested on that day too??
