This is a trailer to inform you that P.Blackk has a new mixtape called, “It’s Always Sunny in Columbus 2” coming out on May 30th that will be hosted by DJ Bruni. No word if the title is a reference to a previous mixtape he did called, “It’s Always Sunny in Columbus”. There is word that P.Blackk’s upcoming album album with J.Rawls “Contemporary Nostalgia” will be A-1 and not Alpo. There is also word that Bakers Club is next.

MC Lyte will be the Keynote speaker at the OSU Hip Hop Literacy Conference this year which will be held at The Wexner Film and TV Theater. MC Lyte is gonna be at the Wex, yo!
The conference’s publicist Ebony Jeannette via email told me:
“The theme this year for the conference is The Globalization of Black Popular Culture” MC Lyte will be speaking to that theme; sharing her experiences as a woman in Hiphop who has traveled the world fueled by her fierce musical talent and game changing releases.

For the second installment of Noisey’s “The Rap Show”, Kool A.D. of Das Racist interviews recent Cash Money signee Mystikal. They discuss….man….just watch it. I am not getting involved.
I would imagine this interview was conducted before Mystikal was sent back to jail briefly for probation violations. Unrelated this was probably made before Kool A.D. released a new mixtape today, as well.
